HR and Benefits Analyst position in Raleigh, NC with benefits administration and HR operations responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Analyze compensation data and benefits utilization to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization
- Prepare detailed reports and analytics on HR metrics, benefits enrollment, and program effectiveness

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or compensation analysis
- Strong proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics platforms
- Knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA)
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
