Role & Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing clients with warmth, genuine engagement, and professional hospitality standards
• Conduct guided tours of the AP House, articulating brand heritage, concept, and facility offerings
• Answer and screen incoming telephone inquiries; redirect calls and manage message routing to appropriate personnel
• Manage appointment calendars, coordinate with Client Consultants to schedule and reschedule meetings as required
• Escort clients to assigned areas and present food and beverage menus; inform of current brand themes and service team assignments
• Respond to client enquiries and special requests with efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism
• Collaborate with F&B staff to set and clear tables, replenish beverages, and support table service operations
• Assist clients with hotel, restaurant, and transportation booking arrangements
• Use CRM systems (Sugar CRM and equivalent platforms) to collect, maintain, and cleanse customer data
• Plan and coordinate in-store events and VIP client programs to drive retention and acquisition
• Support the execution of marketing communications campaigns and CRM initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide operational support to the AP House Manager for event coordination, catering arrangements, and administrative tasks
• Prepare business correspondence, reports, agendas, and administrative documentation using standard office applications
• Ensure boutique presentation standards align with Group guidelines; contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin Chinese preferred
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, boutique environment, or high-end client-facing roles
• Demonstrated excellence in guest relations, customer service, and professional communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments simultaneously
• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software (Microsoft Office suite, etc.)
• Polished personal presentation and alignment with luxury brand standards
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, service-oriented approach

Skills

Experience

Associate-level experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing environments. Prior boutique, flagship store, or branded showroom experience is advantageous. Familiarity with high-net-worth client interaction and appointment-based sales environments is preferred.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; luxury hospitality certification, hotel management coursework, or customer service training is beneficial but not mandatory.
