The Guest Relations Host is the first point of contact for clients, delivering a warm, elegant and personalised welcome at Audemars Piguet’s Crans-Montana boutique. The role supports sales appointments, boutique presentation, window displays, merchandising standards, order follow-up and stock management. This is a 50% part-time position, mainly scheduled during peak periods, including weekends and busy tourist seasons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients in the boutique and by telephone, then direct them to a Sales Associate.
- Support the sales team to ensure sales appointments run smoothly.
- Maintain the boutique’s impeccable presentation, showcase window displays and uphold merchandising standards.
- Monitor orders and manage stock associated with boutique activities.
Qualifications
- Hold a CFC in retail management or equivalent training.
- Have a successful initial experience in hospitality, food service, reception or sales; experience in a high-end or luxury environment is an advantage.
- Have excellent command of French and a very good level of English; knowledge of another language is an additional advantage.
- Have an excellent personal presentation and enjoy serving a discerning clientele, with service as a priority.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of hospitality, teamwork and interpersonal skills, building trusting relationships and contributing to an exceptional client experience.

Experience
Initial experience in hospitality, food service, reception or sales; high-end or luxury experience is an advantage.
Education
CFC in retail management or equivalent training.
