Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, management reporting, and performance dashboards while identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities for leadership review
- Consolidate and validate financial data across departments and business units to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecast cycles by gathering stakeholder inputs, validating data, and maintaining forecasting assumptions
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, forecasting tools, workflow automations, and AI-driven solutions to improve planning accuracy and analytical capabilities
- Serve as the primary Ivalua key user, providing support to business partners including purchase request creation, invoice follow-up, user training, and process documentation
- Assist business partners with supplier bidding processes while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with procurement policies
- Partner with Retail Operations, Brand, and HR departments to provide financial analysis and support operational decision-making
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects to support leadership initiatives and business decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, and MS SharePoint
- Familiarity with financial statements and foundational accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-departmental projects
- Prior internship experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis is advantageous
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
