Finance Intern position at Audemars Piguet in Singapore offering exposure to financial operations, accounts payable, and administrative coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support verification of employee expense claims and petty cash submissions in accordance with company policies
- Assist in the review and validation of invoices, confirming supporting documentation and purchase order alignment
- Support preparation of payment vouchers and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with review and reconciliation of boutique-related invoices and supporting documentation
- Monitor incoming payments, including credit card settlements and customer transfers
- Provide administrative support during stock takes and periodic inventory exercises
- Assist in preparing documentation required for audits and regulatory reviews
- Maintain accurate filing, scanning, and archival of finance documents
- Organize and oversee upkeep of finance records and storage areas
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and assignments as required by the Finance team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated commitment to learning financial processes and controls
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous internship or exposure to finance, accounting, or administrative functions (advantageous)
- Fluency in English
