Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee configuration, maintenance, and evolution of ERP applications, databases, and servers in coordination with business analysts, developers, and ERP administrators
  • Plan and schedule ERP release cycles and production deployments
  • Implement monitoring tools and procedures to detect, diagnose, and remediate system anomalies and operational disruptions
  • Establish and communicate documentation best practices to business analysts and development teams regarding custom developments
  • Coordinate vendor relationships with ERP software publishers and external service providers (TMA and technical support)
  • Conduct technology reconnaissance to identify existing and emerging ERP solutions
  • Lead and develop a team comprising both internal staff and external service providers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years confirmed experience in a similar role with significant exposure to complex IT environments
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing teams with demonstrated capability to mentor, develop, and advance staff performance
  • ITIL 4 certification or willingness to develop expertise within an ITIL-aligned operational framework
  • Solid understanding of IT environments spanning systems, infrastructure, networks, operations, and application architectures
  • Proficiency with ERP systems; expertise in M3 ERP is highly valued
  • Competence with office productivity tools and reporting capabilities; ability to leverage data for performance management and decision support
  • Recognized interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative team environments
  • Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement; thrives in dynamic environments and actively contributes strategic suggestions
  • Fluent French at C1/C2 level and strong English at B2/C1 level to operate effectively in an international context
