Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, deployment, and management of endpoint security solutions (EDR, XDR, encryption, antivirus) while ensuring Windows and Linux system hardening and compliance
- Develop advanced security standardization frameworks for workstations, servers, and VDI environments based on recognized benchmarks such as CIS
- Oversee global email security strategy, including DMARC implementation, DKIM key rotation, SPF/BIMI record maintenance, and anti-spoofing initiatives
- Direct regular security audits, analyze DMARC forensic reports, and drive continuous improvement of the organization's security posture
- Lead cross-functional cybersecurity projects in collaboration with IT and business teams, from requirements definition through production deployment
- Participate in technology watch, technical documentation, team training, and security best-practice awareness initiatives
- Serve as a technical and strategic reference in an international context with strong compliance and cyber resilience requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in cybersecurity, particularly in EDR/XDR solution management
- Mastery of Windows and Linux security environments
- Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to large-scale system hardening projects, including CIS benchmark implementation, GPO management, and VDI security
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash), configuration management tools, and proven ability to document rigorously and automate processes
- Expertise in email infrastructure security (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, BIMI), deliverability management, and anti-phishing prevention
- Strong cybersecurity project management capabilities with ability to align stakeholders around a clear, results-oriented vision
- Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST) and capacity to integrate security as a lever for resilience and performance
