Audemars Piguet is seeking a Digital IT Retail Business Analyst Intern for a six-month internship starting in February 2027, supporting the development and improvement of digital solutions for client relations and user experience. The intern will gather and formalise requirements, participate in discovery and UAT, follow developments through to production, and contribute to digital product improvement and strategic CRM projects in an agile environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, development teams, and CRM and Retail business teams to gather and analyse user needs.
- Help formalise business requirements by writing user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Take part in discovery workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT), and track developments through to production deployment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital products and take part in strategic CRM projects in an agile environment.
Qualifications
- Hold or be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to digital, information systems, business analysis, management, or an equivalent discipline.
- Have a strong interest in digital, technology, and user experience, with excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with a range of business and technical stakeholders.
- Be curious, proactive, and a strong team player; experience in business analysis, CRM, project management, or user experience is an asset.
- Have full professional proficiency in French and at least B2-level English.

Bachelor's or Master's degree completed or in progress in a field related to digital, information systems, business analysis, management, or equivalent.
