Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage the brand's official LINE account, including content calendar planning aligned with marketing strategy and business objectives
  • Direct production and execution of LINE campaign content, including copywriting, visuals, and promotional materials; monitor and analyse LINE distribution performance (KPIs) and recommend continuous improvements
  • Plan and execute direct-buy advertising campaigns across digital, OOH (outdoor), and print channels; coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless campaign implementation
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and ROI; develop and propose optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and increase return on investment
  • Manage owned-content strategy and execution on the official website, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing guidelines; collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and global/regional partners on content production and publishing
  • Analyse content performance and user engagement metrics; propose enhancements to maximize content reach and effectiveness
  • Serve as primary point of contact for external agencies and partners; oversee day-to-day communications and unified project management across LINE operations, media initiatives, and content creation
  • Prepare regular campaign reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and vendor management
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience; experience in luxury brand marketing is highly desirable
