  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process stability, yield and reproducibility in the dial atelier.

Qualifications

  • Vocational qualification in watchmaking, precision mechanics, machining or equivalent technical training.
  • Proven experience setting up and adjusting precision production machinery in a watchmaking or high-precision manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to read and apply technical drawings, tolerances and work instructions.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and visual acuity for fine-detail inspection and adjustment.
  • Methodical record-keeping and adherence to quality and traceability procedures.
