Role & Responsibilities
- Define and evolve database architectures to ensure performance, availability, and scalability
- Administer and optimize Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB environments
- Spearhead modernization, automation, and rationalization initiatives within the Database domain
- Identify obsolescence risks and implement associated remediation plans
- Provide high-level technical expertise in support of business, data, and application projects
- Define and promote best practices in database management, security, and operations
- Ensure communication and coordination across Infrastructure, Data, Applications teams, and international partners
