Role & Responsibilities
- Communicate service strategy and participate in defining and communicating the data roadmap to all stakeholders
- Oversee project execution by constituting and leading multidisciplinary squads, ensuring adequate resource availability and allocation
- Monitor roadmap execution, measure team performance, and adapt strategy based on emerging opportunities and identified risks
- Define, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and procedures aligned with enterprise standards
- Establish and monitor annual budget execution, analyse variance, and implement corrective actions as required
- Provide regular project status updates to senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally to support interdepartmental initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Data project management, with substantial experience as a Data Domain Lead or equivalent senior data leadership role
- Proven track record supervising complex projects, including human resources, infrastructure, and financial planning
- Experience collaborating with Customer Solutions teams to support cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Deep knowledge of governance frameworks, regulatory compliance requirements, and operational procedures

Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in data project management, with substantial experience in a Data Domain Lead capacity or equivalent senior data leadership position. Demonstrated success managing complex, multidisciplinary projects with oversight of human, material, and financial resources.
Education
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
