Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for customer service operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, repairs, returns and exchanges.
  • Liaise with local and international carriers, customs brokers and internal shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customs and export regulations.
  • Manage repair and service workflows with internal watchmakers and external service centres; monitor status and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all service shipments (commercial invoices, waybills, customs declarations, RMA paperwork).
  • Track and report on KPIs such as transit times, on‑time delivery, return rates and repair cycle times; propose operational improvements.
  • Coordinate parts inventory for after‑sales operations and escalate shortages to procurement/warehouse teams.
  • Support the customer service team by providing logistical expertise during complex cases and high‑value shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with company security and insurance procedures for high‑value goods.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in logistics, operations or after‑sales within luxury goods, watchmaking or a similarly regulated sector.
  • Proven knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures and Incoterms.
  • Experience coordinating with third‑party carriers, repair centres and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high‑priority cases simultaneously.
  • Comfort handling high‑value items with discretion and adherence to security protocols.

Experience
