Audemars Piguet seeks CRM Specialist for 8-month maternity cover contract in Tolochenaz, Switzerland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and manage the deployment of CRM strategy across the Swiss market
- Produce and analyze CRM KPI reporting, transaction data, and data quality assessments
- Monitor and optimize utilization of CRM tools, including CRM and Retail BI dashboards
- Train and support colleagues in the use of CRM tools and processes, particularly retail point-of-sale teams
- Maintain database integrity and oversee client data quality monitoring
- Play a central role in customer activations and events, from guest profile definition to active event participation
- Identify customer touchpoints and interaction opportunities to enrich the client database
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a CRM function, ideally in luxury, retail, or customer-centric environments
- Advanced proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Advanced level competency in Excel and reporting tools
- Strong analytical capabilities with comfort interpreting data and formulating operational recommendations
- Meticulous attention to detail with demonstrated autonomy, organizational capability, and reliability
- Natural ability to transmit knowledge and facilitate user adoption of tools and processes
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in French and English; German is advantageous
