Role & Responsibilities
- Define and operationalise CRM strategy to increase client lifetime value, retention and repeat purchase across channels.
- Plan, execute and optimise lifecycle campaigns (acquisition, activation, retention, re‑engagement) across email, SMS and owned channels.
- Develop audience segmentation and personalization frameworks informed by client data and purchase behaviour.
- Own campaign calendar, briefs and execution timelines; coordinate creative, merchandising, retail and digital teams to ensure on-brand delivery.
- Establish KPIs and reporting cadence; monitor campaign performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Manage data hygiene, consent processes and CRM governance to ensure compliance with GDPR and internal privacy policies.
- Support CRM platform configuration, implementation of new features and integration projects with e‑commerce and POS systems.
- Train and support commercial teams on clienteling tools, campaign usage and reporting to maximise adoption and ROI.

- Proven experience leading CRM or lifecycle marketing initiatives within retail or luxury brands.
- Strong analytical aptitude with ability to translate data into actionable marketing tactics and commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, e‑commerce, retail, IT).
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns on time.
