Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements in collaboration with Retail, Marketing, Customer Service, Product, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Design and recommend value-creating CRM solutions that promote user adoption and process improvement
  • Prioritize initiatives with business stakeholders and Product Owners to align developments with strategic objectives
  • Contribute to Agile delivery activities, including backlog management, sprint reviews, and quarterly planning
  • Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) phases to ensure business validation before production deployment
  • Support users through training, assistance, and feedback collection to foster continuous improvement
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of customer data in partnership with Client and Data Steward teams, respecting privacy and governance requirements
  • Lead communication, change management, and CRM tool adoption activities as a trusted partner to business teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst, ideally in retail, luxury, or Salesforce environments
  • Mastery of CRM processes, data models, and associated governance principles
  • Experience writing functional specifications and formalizing business requirements
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to structure, challenge, and prioritize the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Autonomous, rigorous, results-oriented approach with comfort in international and cross-functional environments
