Role & Responsibilities
- Understand commercial team requirements and translate them into value-creating digital solutions aligned with business objectives
- Contribute to prioritization of the initiative portfolio based on business value, impact, and technical feasibility
- Facilitate requirements workshops, collect and formalize business requirements as user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
- Collaborate closely with development, architecture, integration, and quality teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and company standards
- Contribute to definition and evolution of CRM and Retail roadmaps in alignment with Audemars Piguet's strategic objectives

Qualifications
- Confirmed experience as a Business Analyst IT
- Significant experience on CRM, Clienteling, Marketing, or Retail projects
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Excellent analytical, structuring, and prioritization skills
- Experience in IT project management
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (IT and business teams)
- Customer-centric orientation and commitment to continuous improvement
- Natural leadership and ability to influence without direct authority
- Capacity to operate in a cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environment
- Fluent French and advanced English proficiency
