Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and optimise end-to-end customer lifecycle programs to increase retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
  • Develop segmentation, RFM and cohort models to target high-value and at-risk customers with personalised communications.
  • Plan, execute and monitor multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, in-app, direct outreach) in collaboration with retail, e‑commerce and wholesale teams.
  • Define and track lifecycle KPIs (LTV, churn, retention, conversion rates) and deliver regular performance reporting and actionable insights.
  • Run A/B tests and experimentation to validate messaging, cadence and offers; translate results into scaled program improvements.
  • Manage data hygiene, opt-in/consent processes and ensure all CRM activity complies with data-privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Collaborate with creative, product and merchandising teams to align lifecycle communications with product launches and seasonal plans.
  • Contribute to CRM roadmap, automation playbooks and integration requirements with marketing platforms and POS/retail systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing within luxury retail, premium goods, or direct-to-consumer environments.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and running multi-channel CRM campaigns and lifecycle programs.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate customer insight into commercially effective programmes and hypotheses for testing.
