Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate high-level creative concepts that translate the maison’s heritage and product excellence into integrated communications and brand experiences.
- Lead creative briefs from ideation through execution, collaborating closely with product, marketing, communications and production teams to ensure conceptual and visual coherence.
- Direct art direction for campaigns, lookbooks, film treatments, and digital activations; oversee moodboards, storyboards and visual prototypes.
- Coordinate external creative partners — agencies, photographers, directors and stylists — ensuring work aligns with brand standards, timelines and budgets.
- Translate creative concepts into actionable deliverables for retail, digital, and PR touchpoints, maintaining consistency across channels and markets.
- Evaluate creative outcomes using qualitative and quantitative feedback; iterate concepts to optimise brand resonance and commercial impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a creative role within luxury watchmaking, luxury fashion, high-end goods, or a creative agency servicing premium brands.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating concept development, art direction and execution across print, film and digital formats.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand codes, product storytelling and visual identity systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management with experience briefing and directing creative suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in design thinking and the ability to translate heritage narratives into contemporary creative solutions.

Experience
Five or more years of progressive creative experience, ideally within luxury horology, premium fashion houses, or creative agencies servicing high-end clients, with demonstrable leadership of cross-channel brand campaigns.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or equivalent; Master’s or specialised training in brand/creative strategy considered an advantage.
