Reporting to the Head of IT Corporate Solutions, the Corporate Solutions IT Domain Lead will ensure the performance, availability and evolution of Finance and Procurement IT solutions in alignment with the overall information systems strategy. The role replaces an employee who moved internally and joins a team of three internal staff members; it oversees solutions, budgets, projects, audits and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, deployment and evolution of application solutions in Finance and Procurement.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and performance of systems and data in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Organize and prioritize team activities according to business needs, technical constraints and available resources.
- Contribute to defining and monitoring the roadmap, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and operational objectives.
- Establish and improve governance, deliverable validation and risk management processes.
- Set and monitor the annual budget, analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee domain projects, ensuring they meet cost, schedule and quality requirements, and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
- Lead and develop the team by setting objectives, fostering collaboration and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Monitor performance indicators and SLAs to ensure the availability and performance of information systems.
- Prepare and oversee annual financial audits for applications covered by Corporate Solutions.
Qualifications
- Higher education in computer science, information systems or an equivalent field.
- At least 7 years of experience managing Finance and Procurement IT solutions in complex environments.
- Proficiency in ITSM processes, including incident, change and problem management, and IT governance tools.
- Substantial experience in team management and leading multi-stakeholder projects.
- Technical expertise in Finance and Procurement ERP systems and integrated systems.
- Communication, leadership, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Fluent French and a good level of professional English.
- ITIL or PMP certifications are preferred, along with good knowledge of compliance and security standards.
