Audemars Piguet seeks IT Configuration & Asset Management Expert in Le Brassus, Switzerland to lead CMDB maintenance and asset governance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Administer and ensure quality, consistency, and completeness of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database), leveraging and optimizing data from ServiceNow Discovery
- Pilot the full lifecycle of IT assets—acquisition, tracking, compliance, and retirement
- Supervise and optimize Discovery processes and the reliability of collected data
- Define and maintain standards, data models, and procedures for Configuration Management
- Analyze CMDB inconsistencies and drive remediation plans in collaboration with stakeholders
- Establish and monitor KPIs and dashboards (CMDB Health) to measure and improve process performance
- Produce and analyze performance indicators to evaluate IT process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Coach, train, and align IT teams on ITIL best practices and established processes
- Contribute to IT audits and ensure compliance of assets and data
- Champion the definition and implementation of continuous improvement plans
Qualifications
- Advanced ITIL certification (Intermediate/Expert level) or equivalent, with expert command of the ITIL framework and cross-functional understanding of ITSM processes and IT strategy
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar role, with operational mastery of Configuration & Hardware Asset Management processes in complex environments
- Proven expertise with ServiceNow—CMDB and Discovery modules—with the ability to leverage advanced functionality to optimize Configuration and Hardware Asset Management workflows
- Demonstrated experience as a Configuration Management or Asset Management Process Owner
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder IT environments
- Excellent communication skills with clarity, synthesis, and impact-oriented delivery
- Fluent English (mandatory; international environment with teams across Asia)
- Analytical mindset, rigor, ability to structure and lead organizational change
- Recognized natural leadership and capacity to mentor new team members, imparting knowledge with pedagogical skill and presence

Experience
Minimum five years in Configuration & Asset Management or IT Service Management roles, with proven operational expertise managing CMDB administration and asset lifecycle processes in complex, multi-site international environments.
Education
Advanced ITIL certification (Intermediate or Expert level) or equivalent professional qualification in IT Service Management.
