Role & Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high-value and VIP clients; nurture relationships to maximise retention, lifetime value and frequency of purchase.
- Design and execute bespoke clienteling programmes, personalised outreach and targeted communications to drive commercial KPIs.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and cross-functional teams (store sales, marketing, e‑commerce, after‑sales) to ensure seamless service and fulfilment.
- Plan and host private client events, trunk shows and bespoke appointments in collaboration with marketing and store leadership.
