Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the AP House — greet guests, manage admissions and ensure an exemplary welcome experience.
- Coordinate and manage client appointments, maintaining an accurate booking diary and preparing the showroom for scheduled visits.
- Handle inbound phone and email enquiries professionally, qualifying requests and directing clients to the appropriate internal specialist or team.
- Support clienteling efforts by capturing accurate visitor details, preferences and visit notes; liaise with sales and after-sales teams to facilitate follow-up.
- Maintain showroom standards: oversee reception area presentation, hospitality amenities and daily opening/closing procedures.
- Support events and private client experiences on-site, including logistical coordination and on-the-day guest care.
- Protect client confidentiality and uphold brand protocols for privacy, security and health & safety.
Qualifications
- Polished, professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for luxury clientele.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident telephone and email etiquette.
- High level of discretion, attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends and occasional evenings for events.
- Legal right to work in Switzerland.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; 0–2 years in guest-facing positions within luxury retail, hospitality or cultural venues preferred. Prior exposure to high-end client service or concierge functions is an asset.
Education
Secondary-level diploma; vocational training in hospitality, tourism or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
