Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior client experience during all boutique interactions, including new sales, customer service, and post-repair support
  • Welcome, build rapport, and establish lasting relationships with prospects and VIP clients through personalized engagement and lifestyle understanding
  • Execute sales activities with walk-in and phone/email clientele to meet individual and company revenue objectives
  • Transform client contacts into sales whilst generating additional accessory revenue and limiting discounts per management guidelines
  • Maintain comprehensive customer acumen and actively participate in CRM data collection to support relationship management strategies
  • Serve as an Audemars Piguet brand ambassador, articulating product features, watchmaking heritage, investment value, and brand narratives with confidence
  • Manage inventory replenishment, display, storage, and vault security to ensure aesthetic presentation and merchandise protection
  • Operate point-of-sale systems (PCS) for invoicing, report extraction, and inventory transfers; utilize CRM tools for customer data management
  • Support boutique opening and closing procedures including willingness to work public holidays and weekends
  • Collaborate with boutique management on daily stock checks, merchandise receiving, and inventory accuracy
  • Provide operational support for marketing events, product launches, and customer care initiatives under marketing department supervision
  • Maintain security protocols, uphold company policies, and ensure consistent global boutique standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in haute horlogerie, jewelry, or premium lifestyle brands
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets with strong commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated expertise in clienteling and VIP relationship development with ability to generate repeat business and client referrals
  • Passionate knowledge of luxury watches, watchmaking craftsmanship, horological heritage, and market trends
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese; additional languages advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with customer-centric mindset and service orientation
