The role manages and grows a client portfolio, supports boutique operations and performance, and coaches Client Consultants. Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the client journey, from sales through after-sales services.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of high-potential and top-tier clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Build long-term client relationships through best-in-class clienteling and personalized engagement.
- Contribute to client acquisition and the development of the boutique's client base.
- Apply advanced selling techniques and provide expert guidance in complex product and client situations.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and communicate accurately about products, services and after-sales processes.
- Monitor and manage the client database (CRM) to support client development, engagement and data quality.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Participate in boutique events, client activations and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and client engagement.
- Contribute to stock management, merchandising standards and boutique operational excellence.
- Guide, coach and share knowledge with Client Consultants, supporting their development in selling techniques, product knowledge and client experience.
- Serve as a role model on the sales floor in client engagement, CRM discipline and brand representation.
- Maintain a professional image and uphold high standards of presentation, service and operational compliance.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience in a senior client-facing role within a luxury environment.
- Client-centric mindset and experience engaging HNW or VIC clientele.
- Ability to coach, develop and support others' performance.
- Strong sales and business acumen, with the ability to contribute to commercial performance and deliver results.
- Experience in client development, clienteling and relationship management within a luxury environment.
- Leadership capabilities to motivate, influence and support high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with retail tools and CRM systems.
