Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a high-net-worth client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow-ups, and personalised service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by converting appointments, walk-ins, and leads into closed sales.
  • Deliver bespoke client experiences including personal shopping, private viewings, and after-sales care that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.
  • Manage CRM records, client profiles, and communication cadence to maximise lifetime value and repeat business.
  • Maintain in-store product knowledge and present merchandise with meticulous visual merchandising and presentation standards.
  • Support stock management, receipt and replenishment, and collaborate with visual and operations teams to optimise store performance.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team on local events, trunk shows, and client outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or high-end client advisory, with demonstrable sales performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sophisticated client relationships discreetly.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented approach to meeting sales targets.
  • Fluent Mandarin is assumed advantageous for the Shanghai market; professional presentation and polished grooming consistent with luxury brand standards.
  • Right to work in China and availability to work retail schedules including weekends and evenings.

Experience
