Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service across all touchpoints, cultivating long-term relationships and a high level of client retention.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Proactively develop and manage a client portfolio using clienteling techniques and the store CRM; schedule and host private appointments and product previews.
  • Provide authoritative product knowledge and styling advice across the brand assortment, including bespoke and limited-edition pieces.
  • Manage sales transactions, returns and administrative tasks accurately while maintaining GDPR-compliant client records.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and maintain floor presentation to brand specifications.
  • Coordinate with store management, visual merchandising and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales KPIs.
  • Proven expertise in clienteling and CRM-driven relationship development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished manner appropriate for high-net-worth clientele.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and transactional accuracy.
