- Collaborate with store management on local CRM initiatives, promotional events and store-wide sales strategies.
- Uphold brand compliance, store policies and loss-prevention procedures while maintaining an immaculate store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven client-facing retail experience; 1+ year in luxury fashion or high-end retail preferred.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Outstanding interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a polished, service-oriented manner.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic retail IT tools; strong numeracy and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods; ability to travel locally for client appointments when required.

Education
