Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain bespoke relationships with high‑value and walk‑in clients through proactive clienteling and personalised service.

  • Deliver an elevated in‑store experience: product presentation, styling advice, private appointments and after‑sales follow‑up.

  • Coordinate with visual merchandising and inventory teams to ensure product availability, accurate stock levels and presentation standards.
  • Represent the brand at client events and trunk shows; support local marketing and VIP activation initiatives.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns with poise, ensuring compliance with brand policies and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, demonstrating consistent revenue generation and client development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to deliver discreet, personalised service to affluent clientele.
  • Strong product knowledge and aptitude for luxury styling; attentive to detail and brand aesthetics.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and point‑of‑sale technology to manage client information and sales transactions.
  • Professional presentation and excellent verbal communication; fluency in Mandarin and strong conversational English are typically expected for this market.

Experience
