Role & Responsibilities
- Represent and promote the certified pre-owned programme to existing and prospective clients
- Educate customers on authentication processes, product quality standards, and value retention of pre-owned luxury items
- Manage client inquiries and transactions related to CPO purchases and evaluations
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients in the pre-owned luxury market
- Collaborate with store teams and headquarters to ensure consistency in CPO messaging and service delivery
- Track and report on CPO programme performance metrics and client feedback
- Support the onboarding and training of sales staff on CPO product features and benefits
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or customer service environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of pre-owned or vintage luxury markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and luxury consumer psychology
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and administrative responsibilities simultaneously
