Role & Responsibilities
- Answer client and prospect inquiries regarding CPO products and Audemars Piguet services via phone and email
- Provide detailed advice on watch history, technical characteristics, authenticity, and craftsmanship
- Assess client needs and guide them toward optimal product solutions
- Conduct remote presentations to support purchase decisions and drive conversion
- Maintain proactive follow-up ensuring seamless customer experience throughout the transaction
- Sustain comprehensive knowledge of collections, services, philosophies, and current news relevant to Audemars Piguet
- Develop and deepen expertise in horology and the Certified Pre-Owned market
- Capture client insights and feedback to inform CPO experience enhancements
- Populate and maintain CRM tools and customer relationship databases
- Collaborate on refinement of sales pitch, presentation materials, and request-handling processes
- Identify and recommend operational improvements to elevate customer experience
- Keep internal knowledge bases and operational documentation current
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service, luxury product sales, or horology
- Fluent in French and English (a third language is advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and forge emotional connections with clients
- Proficiency with digital tools and online presentation platforms
- Genuine passion for horology and artisanal craftsmanship

Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of professional experience in customer service, luxury goods sales, or the horology sector. Prior exposure to remote client engagement or contact center operations is highly valued.
Education
No specific educational qualification is mandated; however, candidates with formal training in luxury retail, customer relationship management, or horology are advantaged.
