Audemars Piguet seeks Business Analyst IT in Le Brassus, Switzerland to support Certified Pre-Owned transformation and retail digitalisation initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand requirements from Certified Pre-Owned, CRM, Retail, Customer Service and other stakeholders; translate these into value-creating digital solutions for the enterprise and its clients
  • Contribute to portfolio prioritisation based on business value, impact and feasibility
  • Facilitate scoping workshops, gather and formalise business requirements as user stories, processes and functional specifications
  • Collaborate closely with development, architecture, integration and quality teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and comply with enterprise standards
  • Contribute to defining and evolving the Certified Pre-Owned roadmap in alignment with Audemars Piguet's strategic objectives
  • Participate in design, testing, user acceptance, deployment and change management phases to ensure solution adoption
  • Monitor initiative progress, identify risks, propose mitigation plans and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Analyse solution performance and user feedback to identify continuous improvement and process optimisation opportunities
  • Foster collaboration between business teams, end-users, external partners and IT teams in an international environment
  • Champion innovation and evolution of the Certified Pre-Owned programme by identifying optimisation opportunities across processes, user journeys and digital solutions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst
  • Significant experience on eCommerce and/or Certified Pre-Owned projects in an omnichannel environment
  • Hands-on experience with Commercetools or equivalent enterprise eCommerce and digital platform
  • Excellent analytical, structuring and prioritisation skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading IT projects
  • Strong communication ability across diverse stakeholders (IT and business)
  • Client-centric mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Natural leadership and influence without direct authority
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Fluent French and very good English proficiency
