Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, creating a memorable first impression consistent with brand standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact, managing incoming calls, emails and client inquiries with timely responses and appropriate follow-up
- Coordinate appointments, client arrivals and boutique traffic flow to ensure a seamless client journey
- Maintain the boutique appointment calendar and support scheduling coordination for the team
- Monitor daily boutique traffic and maintain accurate records and reporting
- Support collection and accuracy of client information within CRM systems and visitor tracking tools
- Ensure the boutique remains presented to the highest standards at all times, managing hospitality materials and inventory replenishment
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, data entry and record management
- Support logistics and shipment coordination whilst ensuring compliance with internal processes and documentation
- Assist with invoice tracking, supplier coordination and administrative follow-up activities
- Coordinate boutique maintenance with vendors, consultants and internal stakeholders

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, reception or administrative support roles
