Audemars Piguet is seeking a Boutique Technical Advisor for AP House Los Angeles to inspect timepieces, perform basic technical services, coordinate after-sales interventions, manage repair inventory, and support client relationships and sales. This full-time role also contributes to CRM initiatives and internal and external events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspect watches to diagnose technical issues and identify necessary repairs or interventions.
- Monitor and follow up on interventions for Audemars Piguet watches by analyzing daily reports synchronized between boutiques and Customer Service Centers.
- Perform basic technical services, including bracelet adjustments and replacements, battery changes, time setting, and waterproofness and accuracy testing.
- Use technical and IT systems related to after-sales operations, including M3, UltraQuick, and CRM platforms; manage repair-related inventory, including stock control and procurement.
- Provide accurate, reliable, and professional support to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, delivering a personalized, premium customer experience.
- Support sales activities by processing transactions and providing customers with product information and recommendations.
- Contribute to CRM initiatives, including data collection, customer engagement, and coordination of after-sales service activities.
- Participate in internal and external events.
Qualifications
- Watchmaker certification from WOSTEP, SAWTA, AWCI 21, or a similar organization is highly preferred.
- Technical skills and related experience are required.
- Expertise in new luxury watches and vintage watches, with general knowledge of the watchmaking industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
