Role & Responsibilities
- Act as technical mentor and point of reference for the customer service team on all watch-related tasks and activities
- Ensure exemplary client experience and provide technical guidance to the sales team on bracelet resizing, in-store adjustments, and horological advice
- Manage the intake, tracking, and delivery of Audemars Piguet watch repairs in coordination with multiple client service departments and clients
- Conduct preliminary diagnostics to identify watch malfunctions and perform routine repair interventions
- Facilitate masterclass presentations on horological topics for boutique visitors and enthusiast clients
- Oversee monthly inventory management of horological components and monitor service watches ready for client collection
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to boutique team members and clients to enhance their horological knowledge
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of horological technique acquired through formal watchmaker training, hands-on workshop experience, or technical advisory roles in boutique environments
- Proficiency with computer systems and demonstrated experience with ERP software
- Excellent presentation skills and strong client-facing communication abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with genuine passion for sharing horological expertise
- Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
Skills
Experience
Technical background in watchmaking, horological workshop management, or boutique-level technical advisory roles. Mid to senior-level experience demonstrating mastery of watch servicing and client-facing technical support.
Education
Formal watchmaker training or equivalent horological qualification preferred.
