Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations and boutique efficiency while fostering professional development opportunities for team members
- Assist the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability by monitoring weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs aligned with the boutique sales plan
- Partner with the line manager to disseminate timely and accurate information across the team and ensure effective utilization of all company systems
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety protocols, product safety standards, audit requirements, and operating procedures
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service; resolve client concerns with professionalism and recognize outstanding team performance
- Support the line manager in maintaining CRM systems in accordance with company standards and requirements
- Collaborate with the line manager and marketing department on strategic programs, events, and merchandising initiatives that strengthen brand positioning and drive sales performance
- Coordinate implementation of training and coaching programs; support the professional development of all team members to fulfill current responsibilities and unlock future potential
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential documentation; prepare monthly reports including weekly sales updates, sales evolution analysis, inventory assessments, and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury retail with at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to drive team performance
- Professional working proficiency in English language
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- High-touch hospitality and client experience background with strong understanding of ultra-luxury service standards
