Role & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day boutique back‑office operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation.
- Manage inventory lifecycle: receipt, tagging, stock transfers, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
- Produce timely sales and operational reports for store leadership and regional management; monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate store staffing logistics—schedules, absence cover and administrative onboarding for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, loss‑prevention protocols and local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and buying teams to implement floor moves, replenishment plans and seasonal transitions.
- Serve as liaison between boutique and headquarters for logistics, repairs, alterations and client service escalations.
