Role & Responsibilities
- Develop customer base, increase traffic and market share, and drive boutique profitability through strategic sales initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the entire customer journey and ensure brand-compliant, premium product presentation
- Implement AP Group retail strategy, guidelines, processes, and tools in daily boutique operations
- Plan and execute events to expand client networks and reinforce brand presence
- Manage sales forecasting, support budget planning, and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Oversee stock management, inventory audits, cash reconciliation, and accounts receivable monitoring
- Lead, coach, and develop the boutique team to maintain motivation, performance, and target achievement
- Optimize operational processes and manage staffing and scheduling for efficient boutique operations
