Confidential Luxury Maison is hiring a Boutique Manager in Munich. Lead boutique operations, sales and client experience for the maison in Munich.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales targets, margin and KPI objectives.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; conduct performance reviews and manage schedules.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and after-sales service to build long-term clientele and drive repeat business.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures to optimise availability and shrinkage.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and rotate displays to reflect global campaigns and local needs.
- Control P&L elements at store level: expenses, payroll, store cash management and daily reporting.
- Coordinate local marketing, events and VIP client appointments in collaboration with regional teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and brand operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail management with progressive responsibility overseeing store operations and teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and delivering sales growth against targets.
- Excellent leadership and people-development skills; experience recruiting, coaching and motivating sales staff.
- High standards of client service and clienteling; demonstrable ability to cultivate and retain an affluent clientele.
- Fluent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in German and business-level English is strongly preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as required by retail trading patterns.

Experience
Mid-senior level: typically 4–7 years of experience in retail, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within luxury fashion or premium retail.
Education
Vocational qualification or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
