Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the boutique team to deliver world-class customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage daily boutique operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash management
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping environment and customer engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, implementing personalized clienteling practices
- Monitor sales performance and commercial metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in luxury retail or a comparable environment
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales and exceeding commercial targets
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages preferred
- Understanding of luxury customer service excellence and brand positioning

Experience
3–5 years of management experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or related sectors, with demonstrated success in driving sales and managing high-performing teams.
Education
