Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive overall boutique performance by increasing traffic, market share and profitability while maintaining brand standards
  • Deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences across the entire client journey in full alignment with Audemars Piguet's retail vision
  • Act as brand ambassador and establish Audemars Piguet as a reference for top-tier clients within the Australian luxury market
  • Implement retail strategies, guidelines and processes to ensure operational excellence and superior business performance
  • Build and develop a high-value client base from inception, with strategic focus on high-net-worth and top-tier clientele
  • Define and execute comprehensive client strategies encompassing acquisition, segmentation and long-term relationship development
  • Drive client engagement through targeted activations, strategic partnerships and cultivation of personal networks within the local luxury ecosystem
  • Monitor and actively manage the client database and CRM system to support client development and engagement initiatives
  • Manage boutique performance through rigorous monitoring of key performance indicators, sales pipeline and conversion metrics

  • Lead, coach and develop team members to ensure engagement, high performance and achievement of organizational objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality with significant leadership responsibilities
  • Proven leadership experience managing boutique or flagship environments with strong commercial accountability
  • Strong client-centric mindset with extensive experience engaging high-net-worth and VIP clientele
  • Established network within the Australian luxury and high-end ecosystem
  • Demonstrated sales and business acumen with ability to drive performance, manage KPIs and deliver measurable results
  • Strong experience in client development, events management and relationship development within luxury environments
  • Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach to business development, comfortable operating in launch or growth environments
