Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Audemars Piguet's brand heritage, watch collections, references, and watchmaking principles, ensuring the team possesses exceptional product expertise
- Stay abreast of competitor offerings and industry trends, providing clients with informed guidance and maintaining competitive differentiation for the boutique
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by creating a welcoming atmosphere, developing personalized relationships, and anticipating client needs and preferences
- Monitor client feedback and quality visit results to continuously enhance the customer experience and implement necessary improvements
- Coach and mentor team members on delivering superior client service, establishing performance expectations, and providing ongoing developmental feedback
- Maintain boutique aesthetics and operational standards, ensuring effective product displays, cleanliness, and presentation of all furniture, sales tools, and equipment
- Communicate sales objectives and KPIs clearly to the team, monitor performance metrics closely, and ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing the client mix between walk-in and established clientele while maintaining exceptional personalized service
- Collaborate with peer boutiques and Audemars Piguet stakeholders to share best practices and accelerate business growth
- Develop and manage boutique budgets, ensuring expenses align with revenue and profitability targets
- Provide regular performance reports to senior local management, including revenue, expenses, and client and employee satisfaction metrics
- Lead by example, inspiring the team to meet high performance standards aligned with quality visit criteria and fostering a supportive work environment
- Develop strong relationships with team members, recognize their strengths, and identify development opportunities
- Deploy comprehensive training and onboarding programs for new team members and provide ongoing educational opportunities

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the luxury watch industry
- Proven track record managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide premium-quality service and handle client complaints effectively and professionally
