Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full delivery of group retail strategy and AP House business targets with end-to-end accountability for store daily operations, cross-functional collaboration, visual merchandising, internal controls, and structured regional reporting
  • Lead client development and brand ambassador initiatives to elevate customer experience, capture sales and after-sales opportunities, develop VIP relationships, and execute CRM strategy
  • Build and manage partnerships with hotels, clubs, and operators to generate high-quality footfall and drive new client acquisition from walk-ins and off-site touchpoints
  • Deliver sales targets through participation in marketing events, documentation of VIP customer journeys, and identification of after-sales opportunities
  • Serve as people leader responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performance talent; cascade retail strategy, set team KPIs, provide coaching and performance feedback
  • Ensure consistent application of global brand standards for store environment, hygiene, visual merchandising, staff grooming, displays, and marketing collaterals
  • Own site P&L, inventory control, budget management, security, and high-value stock oversight; manage aging stock and drive margin improvement
  • Enforce company policies, forecasting requirements, and monthly reporting; oversee repair workflows and complex customer cases while providing on-floor sales support
  • Maintain close communication with the Service Center, implement local marketing initiatives, and track qualitative and quantitative KPIs covering store presentation, service quality, sales growth, and new client data acquisition

Qualifications

  • Proven senior luxury retail store or boutique leadership background with demonstrated track record managing full P&L in premium luxury brick-and-mortar retail environments
  • Deep knowledge of high-end client relations, CRM implementation, VIP development, local marketing strategies, and hospitality-partner ecosystem building
  • Hands-on expertise in retail operations including visual merchandising, inventory control, budget management, security, after-sales services, and repair workflow oversight
  • Strong people leadership capabilities with end-to-end experience in talent recruitment, coaching, performance management, and team engagement
  • Excellent cross-functional and cross-regional communication skills with fluent written and verbal English for headquarters interaction
  • Data-driven, results-oriented approach with demonstrated ability to translate global strategy into actionable local plans
