AP House in Seoul seeks a Boutique Administrator — full-time role supporting boutique operations, clienteling and administrative coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily boutique administration including appointment scheduling, correspondence, and calendar coordination for store leadership.
  • Serve as the administrative liaison between the AP House/head office and retail boutiques, ensuring clear communication of product allocations, deliveries and merchandising directives.
  • Prepare and reconcile sales and KPI reports, maintain accurate stock paperwork and support inventory control processes.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM; support clienteling activities and ensure confidentiality of high-net-worth client data.
  • Process invoices, expense claims and basic bookkeeping tasks in coordination with finance and store management.
  • Coordinate boutique events, VIP appointments and service recovery actions in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Enforce brand operational standards, visual guidelines and local compliance requirements within the boutique.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative or retail experience, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment.
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of discretion when handling confidential client information.
