Audemars Piguet seeks a BIM Modeller in Meyrin, Switzerland. Full-time role managing digital building models across design, construction, and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage revisions and updates of 2D plans and BIM models throughout the building lifecycle
- Develop and maintain detailed numerical BIM models conforming to BIM requirements across all project phases
- Perform scan-to-BIM activities and collision analyses to detect and resolve potential conflicts
- Create BIM object catalogs and participate in updates to internal BIM templates and standards
- Update building data, plans, and BIM models during the operational phase
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet BIM requirements and specifications
- Assist in the selection and implementation of BIM software and innovative tools
- Develop, manage, and edit documents and drawings for presentations and review sessions
- Interpret specifications of work and BIM charters
- Integrate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements including risk zones and egress requirements
- Ensure compliance with local regulations including workplace safety, accessibility, evacuation procedures, and circulation standards according to cantonal requirements, OCIRT standards, and SUVA norms
- Guarantee reliability, currency, and accessibility of facility management (GMAO) data
- Manage asset lifecycle and evolution including maintenance contracts, technical attributes, as-built documentation, and digital model updates
Qualifications
- Upper-level education in building engineering, architecture, construction, or equivalent discipline
- Ideally holds BIM certification or demonstrates confirmed experience in BIM modeling
- Strong interest in innovation, digitalization, and evolving construction methodologies
- Proficiency with BIM tools and solid understanding of building management and operational processes
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and coordinate multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic environment
- Solid comprehension of all building lifecycle phases from design through construction to operational management
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, and genuine ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience or sensitivity to industrial environments and their operational and regulatory constraints is a distinct asset

Mid to senior-level professional experience in BIM modeling, digital building design, or equivalent infrastructure/construction background is expected. Confirmed experience in BIM methodology and demonstrated ability to manage complex building information systems across multiple project phases is required.
