Role & Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of the brand strategy, ensuring alignment across product, retail, ecommerce and wholesale channels.
- Plan and manage seasonal marketing calendars, product launches and in-store activations in coordination with retail and visual merchandising teams.
- Brief and coordinate external agencies and internal creative teams for campaign delivery, ensuring brand consistency and high production standards.
- Drive trade marketing activities: POS execution, promotional mechanics, sell-in materials and retailer communications.
- Analyse campaign and channel KPIs; translate consumer and sales data into actionable recommendations to optimise performance.
- Manage allocated budgets, monitor spend, and report on ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Own cross‑functional project management: align merchandising, supply chain, CRM and retail operations to deliver integrated launches and events.
- Support local PR, influencer and event initiatives in-market, ensuring seamless execution and brand representation on the ground.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of brand or marketing experience within fashion, luxury or premium consumer goods, with demonstrable exposure to retail activation.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience interpreting sales and consumer data to inform marketing decisions.
- Proven project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail and superior organisational capability.
