Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Director in day-to-day boutique management, ensuring operational excellence and business performance targets
- Act as floor leader and deputize for the Boutique Director in their absence, maintaining brand standards at all times
- Deliver an exceptional and highly personalized customer experience consistent with Audemars Piguet's retail vision and client journey standards
- Maintain and develop a personal portfolio of key and high-potential clients while supporting client acquisition and long-term engagement strategies
- Execute client development strategies including segmentation, portfolio management, and client progression initiatives
- Drive client engagement through best-in-class clienteling practices and personalized relationship management
- Monitor and manage the CRM database to support client development, engagement, and data accuracy
- Coach, mentor, and develop Client Consultants and Senior Client Consultants in selling skills, product knowledge, and client experience delivery
- Support team onboarding and continuous professional development while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Provide daily guidance and constructive feedback to support individual team member and overall team success
- Maintain strong on-floor presence, ensuring excellence in service delivery, brand storytelling, and client experience consistency
- Monitor boutique KPIs, sales pipeline, conversion rates, and identify performance improvement opportunities
- Manage daily floor coordination and ensure seamless execution of boutique operations and service protocols
- Support stock management, merchandising standards compliance, and operational governance requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align with local, regional, and global priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience as a top-performing Senior Client Consultant or equivalent leadership role within a luxury environment
- Strong client-centric mindset with demonstrated experience engaging high-net-worth (HNW) and VIP clientele
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and support the performance of others
- Strong sales and business acumen with proven ability to contribute to commercial performance and deliver measurable results
- Experience in client development, clienteling strategies, and relationship management within a luxury context
- Leadership capabilities with ability to motivate, influence, and support high-performing teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships
