Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Director in day-to-day management and operational excellence, ensuring boutique business performance targets are met
  • Act as floor leader and deputize for the Boutique Director during their absence, maintaining management presence and decision-making authority
  • Deliver and maintain an exceptional, personalized customer experience aligned with Audemars Piguet brand standards across the entire client journey
  • Develop and manage a personal portfolio of key and high-potential clients while driving acquisition and long-term relationship engagement
  • Execute client development strategies including segmentation, portfolio management, and client progression initiatives
  • Implement best-in-class clienteling practices and personalized relationship management to drive client engagement
  • Monitor and manage the client database (CRM) to support client development and engagement activities
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Client Consultants and Senior Client Consultants to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and client experience delivery
  • Support team onboarding and continuous professional development while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and constructive feedback to support individual and team success
  • Maintain a strong on-floor presence to ensure excellence in service delivery, brand storytelling, and client experience at all times
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales pipeline, and conversion metrics to drive boutique performance
  • Manage daily floor coordination and ensure seamless execution of boutique operations and service standards
  • Support stock management, merchandising standards, and operational compliance requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with local, regional, and global priorities
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational standards, and corporate governance requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities
  • Proven track record as a top-performing Senior Client Consultant or equivalent leadership role within a luxury environment
  • Strong client-centric mindset with demonstrated experience engaging high-net-worth or VIP clientele
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support the performance development of team members
  • Strong sales and business acumen with proven ability to contribute to commercial performance and deliver results
  • Substantive experience in client development, clienteling, and relationship management within a luxury retail context
  • Leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate, influence, and support high-performing teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships across levels
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with retail management tools and CRM systems
  • Willingness to support expanded leadership responsibilities and serve as key point of contact in the Boutique Director's absence
