Audemars Piguet seeks Assistant Boutique Manager in Shanghai to oversee boutique operations, lead sales performance, and develop retail talent.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability; monitor weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs and coach team members toward results
- Partner with the Boutique Manager to cascade timely and accurate information across the team and ensure effective use of company systems
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety, product safety, audit, and operating procedures at all times
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, communicate clearly and courteously, and resolve customer concerns satisfactorily
- Support the Boutique Manager in maintaining CRM systems in line with company requirements
- Collaborate on marketing programs, events, and merchandising strategies that strengthen brand position and maximize sales
- Attend company training and meetings; implement training and coaching initiatives; and support the development of all team members
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation; prepare monthly reports on weekly sales, sales evolution, inventory, and competitive analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and Microsoft applications
- High-touch hospitality and client experience background aligned with luxury brand values
