Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Director in day-to-day management of the boutique, ensuring exemplary client service and a personalised shopping experience.
  • Lead, coach and develop a sales team; set individual and team targets, conduct performance reviews and deliver ongoing training.
  • Drive sales performance against KPIs, prepare sales forecasts and implement commercial initiatives to maximise revenue and conversion.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and boutique standards to maintain brand presentation and seasonal rollouts.
  • Manage inventory flow, stock replenishment, deliveries and stockroom organisation to minimise shrinkage and ensure product availability.

  • Collaborate with regional teams (clienteling/CRM, wholesale, merchandising) to execute local commercial strategies and events.
