Audemars Piguet seeks an Assistant Boutique Director in Dubai to lead hospitality operations, manage client experiences, and support boutique leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of continuous learning to ensure exceptional understanding of AP brand heritage, watch collections, pricing, and competitive landscape among team members
- Develop and manage the annual boutique hospitality calendar, coordinating client events, brand activations, and seasonal initiatives in collaboration with the Boutique Director and Brand team
- Manage hospitality suppliers and partners, ensuring service quality, cost control, and alignment with AP standards and health and safety compliance
- Oversee food and beverage operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, quality control, and hospitality budget monitoring
- Establish a positive atmosphere and lead the team in delivering superior client experiences through close collaboration and proactive service
- Monitor client feedback and Quality Visits results, proposing improvements to enhance the client experience and service standards
- Train team members on product knowledge and exceptional client service delivery, providing ongoing feedback and performance coaching
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented boutique environment reflecting AP's brand aesthetic and luxury standards
- Support the Boutique Director in communicating and achieving sales objectives and key performance indicators to the team
- Analyze boutique performance data and competitor activities, implementing strategies for improvement and competitive differentiation
- Provide hands-on team leadership, guidance, and coaching to improve individual and team performance
- Ensure all team members adhere to AP company policies, Dress Code and Grooming Guidelines, and maintain professional standards consistent with the luxury industry
- Act as Boutique Director during their absence, ensuring business continuity and operational excellence
- Manage client data in the CRM system with accuracy and compliance with AP's data protection regulations
- Ensure all displays, equipment, and systems (POS, security) are well maintained and in good working order
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Luxury Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality operations or premium client-facing management roles
- Demonstrated expertise in hospitality operations, food and beverage management, supplier relations, and event execution
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional luxury client experiences and managing client relations through CRM systems
- Established capability to lead, develop, and manage teams effectively
- Strong proficiency in client complaint resolution and service recovery within luxury environments
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is advantageous
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and accountability in professional responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and strategic client management capabilities

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality operations, premium client-facing management roles, or comparable positions within high-end service environments. Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing complex hospitality operations, and delivering exceptional experiences in luxury settings.
Education
