Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Director in all aspects of boutique operations, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards and daily service excellence.
- Drive sales performance and KPI achievement through coaching, in-store merchandising, clienteling and sales-floor leadership.
- Coach, develop and motivate the boutique team; oversee scheduling, performance reviews and on-floor training to elevate selling skills and product knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences for high-net-worth and repeat clientele, manage VIP appointments and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Oversee stock management and inventory controls, including deliveries, transfers, stock reconciliation and loss-prevention procedures.
- Implement visual merchandising and store presentation directives in collaboration with regional VM teams to maximise commercial impact.
- Manage boutique administrative tasks: POS reconciliation, daily reporting, budgeting assistance and coordination with regional management.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail, with progressive responsibility in boutique or flagship environments.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing retail KPIs in a high-touch luxury context.
- Strong clienteling aptitude with demonstrable experience serving high-net-worth clientele.
